Key Art Creation for Grace, Season 3
Background
Grace is a crime drama series set in Brighton and starring Jon Simm as a troubled detective.
Challenge
Fresh key art was required for the new series with no new source imagery available. The brief was simple - show the main talent up-close, make it moody and make it clear that the show is set in the criminal underworld of Brighton.
Solution
Using previous studio shots and some stock imagery of the ruined pier, I created a composite that hit the brief. By using blue hues and dramatic lighting and adding a neon effect to the title art, I succeeded in creating an atmospheric piece of key art that was applied to a range of assets across ITVX and distribution partners.
